Sponsorship and Advertising Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Lighter Than Air – Science & Flight Magazine (referred to as “LTA” or “we”) and individuals, companies, or organizations wishing to support, sponsor, patronize, or advertise with LTA.

1.2. By participating in any membership, support, sponsorship, patronage, or advertising opportunities offered by LTA, you (“Supporter,” “Sponsor,” “Patron,” or “Advertiser”) agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Support and Sponsorship

2.1. Support, sponsorship, and patronage arrangements with LTA may include financial contributions, in-kind donations, or other forms of support.

2.2. LTA reserves the right to determine the terms, benefits, and recognition associated with different levels of support, sponsorship, and patronage.

3. Advertising

3.1. Advertising opportunities may include all types of ads, sponsored content, or other forms of promotional materials displayed on the LTA website.

3.2. Ad Content Creation: Lighter Than Air – Science & Flight Magazine offers the option to create ad content for a nominal fee.

3.3 Advertisers are responsible for providing ad content in accordance with LTA’s specifications and guidelines. 

3.4 Separate Hosting Charges: Please note that charges for the creation of ad content and sponsored content are separate from the fees associated with hosting ads on the website.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. All financial transactions, payments, and fees will be agreed upon between LTA – Science & Flight Magazine and the Supporter, Sponsor, Patron, or Advertiser in a separate agreement or invoice.

5. Termination

5.1. LTA reserves the right to terminate any membership, support, sponsorship, patronage, or advertising arrangement at any time if it is deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions or for any other valid reason.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Any confidential information shared between LTA and the Supporter, Sponsor, Patron, or Advertiser shall remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Indemnity

7.1. The Supporter, Sponsor, Patron, or Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold LTA harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their participation.

8. Governing Law

8.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland.

By participating in support, membership, sponsorship, patronage, or advertising with Lighter Than Air – Science & Flight Magazine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and policies.
